CareerAid is announcing a new mentorship programme

50 people will have the chance to improve their chances of getting a perspective job in the IT domain through the Career Mentorship program. The participants will be guided by experienced IT and HR professionals.

Having a great career is every person’s dream. We all want to enjoy our workplace, have a great team, and grow with each completed project. But expectations and requirements from companies are high, sometimes even unreachable. As a result, people seeking jobs are unmotivated and need help knowing where to get the skills and abilities employers are looking for.

To help people who feel like they’re in a similar situation Careeaid has started a new professional mentorship programme

How does it work?

50 participants will be selected to participate in the program. The lucky ones who pass the preselection stage will be organised into 12 workgroups of 5–6 people each and will proceed to the working sessions. Which will be two per week.

First, with a mentor who is an outstanding professional with fantastic practical experience in the IT domain. They will help participants understand how to work on their skills and manage a working process.

Second, an HR professional who will help team members work on each step of the hiring process. They will start with creating a solid and outstanding CV, then updating an attractive LinkedIn profile, searching for job tips, and preparing for a job interview, including an interview simulation and much more.

Who is this for?
