ROLE OVERVIEW:
Technovator is on the lookout for a creative and strategic Marketing & Communications Manager to help share our story, grow our brand, and connect with key audiences. If you love crafting engaging campaigns, creating compelling content, managing social media, and building strong relationships, this role is for you! You’ll play a key part in making sure our mission and impact reach the right people – both online and offline.
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement Technovator’s marketing & communication strategy aligned with our vision and mission.
- Manage digital marketing channels (website, social media, newsletters) to increase engagement and reach.
- Create compelling content (articles, blog posts, newsletters, and reports) that highlight Technovator’s initiatives, programs, and success stories.
- Coordinate branding efforts to ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all platforms.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for events, workshops, and programs, ensuring maximum outreach and participation.
- Strengthen relationships with media, securing press coverage to promote Technovator’s activities.
- Filming and editing engaging Reels for social media
- Creating and optimizing Meta Ads for maximum reach and impact
- Monitor and analyze communication performance, providing insights for improvement and innovation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Experience in content creation and digital marketing (social media, Meta ADS, email marketing).
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English, Romanian, and Russian, at least B2 level.
- Passion for technology, startups, and innovation is a plus 🙂
