In case an event is canceled a refund will be issued within 14 working days after the cancellation. In case a user can’t attend the event, the user may request a refund up to 2 days before the date of the event, or according to the specific event’s refund policy. Technovator does not make any warranty about the reliability of the Services and does not guarantee the security of user data despite best efforts.
