Digital Transformation Marathon certifies a new generation of Experts!

In today’s business landscape, where the pace of technological innovation constantly accelerates, and digital agility and adaptability have become imperatives, companies face a fundamental question: how do we transform while preserving our essence? How do we implement innovation while staying true to our purpose? This journey of digital transformation is a continuous process, an essential organizational “workout” for success.

In a continuously changing market, where digital agility is essential, the Digital Transformation Marathon, organized by Technovator, has successfully concluded its first edition. This pilot program, an intensive 34-hour course spanning 8 weeks, ran from May 15, 2025, to July 1, 2025. It equipped professionals and entrepreneurs in Moldova with the necessary tools to navigate and thrive in the digital era. The initiative’s culmination was the diploma award ceremony, held on July 1, 2025, marking the readiness of a new generation of digital leaders.

Participants in the Digital Transformation Marathon benefited from an intensive learning experience, exploring practical solutions for task automation, efficient data management, and the use of advanced digital tools such as Airtable, Make, ManyChat, Notion, and Brevo. Under the guidance of experts Vadim Ciobanu (CEO YARDSTUDIO) and Nicolai Mihailiuc (CEO & Founder CreateGo), students acquired essential skills to transform business operations and foster innovation.

This program served as a unique opportunity for entrepreneurs, marketing specialists, product managers, startups, and freelancers to optimize their processes and enhance their performance.

The program’s success is reflected in the testimonials of both participants and trainers. Veronela Pruteanu, one of the graduates, developed a website with a complex infrastructure for her coaching services, demonstrating the direct applicability of the knowledge gained. She emphasized the remarkable professionalism of the trainers, acknowledging the challenge of bringing together participants from diverse fields and with varying levels of knowledge.

Ina Iavorschi described the Digital Transformation Marathon as an opportunity to “develop and gain new knowledge in the field,” highlighting the program’s relevance and impact.

In turn, trainers Vadim Ciobanu and Nicolai Mihailiuc congratulated the participants for their efforts and courage in accepting this challenge. They acknowledged that it was also a challenge for them to manage such a diverse group, composed of individuals from different services and with varied levels of expertise. They wished the graduates continued success.

The success of the first edition of the Digital Transformation Marathon, organized by Technovator, would not have been possible without the substantial support of our partner, UMAEF. We thank them for their essential contribution to the training of new digital experts.
